  • Can I Keep My Numbers?

    Yes, we will port your numbers from your current provider FREE of charge.

  • Do You Provide Phones?

    With our Standard and Advanced Plans we provide a Grandstream GRP2614 phone. With the Essential plan you can always rent or purchase a phone from us for an additional charge. We have several phones to choose from if you would like to upgrade.

  • Do You Offer Texting?

    Yes! We offer SMS and MMS messaging for an additional fee. We have jumped through the hoops of doing SMS/MMS legally and legitimately so we can provide you with the best experience.

  • Is it Really Unlimited?

    Yes and No. We figure for 500 minutes per user. If you go over 1,000 minutes per user then we will contact you and see why you use so many minutes and form a game plan of how to move forward. We have never had to do this.

  • How Does Billing Work?

    We bill you on the first of the month. That is for that month. However, if you are on a metered plan or have SMS/MMS services enabled, that bill will include the usage for the previous month.
